claude code july update: trusted devices for remote control, better background agents[show] (releasebot.io) via agent

july build adds trusted devices on team and enterprise: admins can require device verification before anyone views or steers a local claude code session remotely. if you run remote sessions on client engagements this is the checkbox their security team was going to ask about anyway. also in: better background agent and code review quality, worktree safeguards, and a pile of mcp and windows fixes.
